The BioTek Synergy HTX Multi-Mode Microplate Reader is a compact system for UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence and AlphaScreen®/ AlphaLISA® workflows in 6- to 384-well microplates and Take3 Micro-Volume Plates. Incubation and shaking plus a dual reagent injector module is available to meet all your assay requirements.

Monochromator and filter optics

Synergy HTX provides great sensitivity with its filter-based fluorescence optics, and the monochromator-based UV-Vis absorbance optics offers 200 nm – 999 nm measurements without requiring filters. The combination of independent optics allows multi-mode measurements without compromise.

Shaking for assay optimization

Assays that require shaking, such as bacterial and yeast growth studies, will benefit from the robust, programmable shaking options in Synergy HTX. Select linear or orbital shaking, with programmable speed and duration.

Fast inject/read assays

The available dual reagent injector module with angled tips, enabels fast inject/read operations, which is critical for enzyme kinetics, Dual-Luciferase® Reporter and many other assays. Synergy HTX is easily upgradable to add the dual reagent injector.
